Simon Says (Paperback, 181 Pages)

Simon has recently found a devil on his shoulder. A foul-mouthed murderous little psychopath that insists it is the personification of his self-doubt, and is only there to help.

But it’s not.

‘Little Simon’ is borne of chaos. It’s evil. It will kill, and cannibalize, and brutalize. It will do anything to take control of the body and spread its seed, to reproduce.

It will take everything Simon has and destroy it.

Simon Says is full of brutal violence and weird sex, cheap European lager, and a cold lamb pie which Simon himself suggests has the same mouth feel as pus. If that sounds unappealing, and well it may, you might want to give this one a miss.

Ash Ericmore’s debut novel is an extreme horror, painted with the blackest of humour. Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

Man Boy Woman (Paperback, 213 Pages)

John takes a house from a woman called Carol, where in the basement he keeps his women … Christine is out late at night when a man she doesn’t see hits her with his van … Riley’s sister has been missing for months and she’s starting to give up all hope … Ben is four, and he’s hungry and tired.

All their lives will converge.

The house will fill with screams.

Red Room (Paperback, 233 Pages)

Organisation is key.

The building needs scouting. Web rooms need creating. Then you need to bait the meat. Take it from on the street without being seen. Get to the shoot. Set the scene.

Bring in the talent.

Then you can open the room. Let the clients browse. Turn them on. Take their money. Make a profit.

There’s more to running a Red Room than most people think.

Raymond and Gel run the room, Vic’s got nothing going for him. Bree is damaged and Mike’s a bastard. Luca’s a dealer and Liam’s a rapist.

Who’s the client, and who’s the meat?

Red Room: An extreme horror novel
Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

Skin Deep (Paperback, 302 Pages)

Andi Janson works for the local rag. Small time town, small time news. But there’s been a murder. As the bodies start to pile up, her friend and one time lover, private investigator Ian Leland, gets tied up with a missing persons and the reporter gets in deeper … and deeper.

Finding herself undercover, living with a group of hippy weirdos, all bent on doing disgusting things to each other … Janson finds that things just keep getting worse. There’s an endgame in play, and she must immerse herself in depravity to discover it.

Skin Deep is an extreme horror novel, full of graphic acts of brutality, sexual violence, and to be honest, it takes great delight in being so. A novel not for the squeamish, consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

This October Flesh (Paperback, 189 Pages)

Kidnapped and bound, locked in a cell, and tortured without end. No demands. No questions. No motivations.

Wren’s living her best life. Sure, she drinks too much, and her best friend is clearly in love with her, and that new bloke that just moved in upstairs makes too much noise, but she’s got a good enough job, and a reasonable flat.

But watching a horror film—drunk—about extreme haunt attractions, she makes a call.

The only problem is the next day she can’t remember what about.

Bizarre telephone calls lead to weirdos on the street, people following her, until eventually she’s taken. She doesn’t know what they want.

And they won’t tell her.

Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

Farm Animals (Paperback, 175 Pages)

Nerves shredded, flesh torn, and the milking machine has been turned on… but whatever you do, don’t drink the milk.

Lower Crumbsbottom is surrounded by farmland, picturesque and serene. But take a picnic there at your peril. When Richard and Reggie go visiting, they get more than they bargained for. Kidnapped and forced into depraved procreative practices, Richard demands nothing more than to escape. Danny is searching for his brother, and Shirley is riding more than his bike.

Then there is Lewis and Maisie, and their children, Anton, Tim, and Jean, who all love each other very much.

And last is Daisy, who just wants to eat.

Farm Animals is an extreme horror novel that will undoubtedly upset those with delicate sensibilities. Consider this a trigger warning for everything.

Against Type (Paperback, 98 Pages)

Learning to kill can be murder.

Struggling author Jon has taken a practical approach to acquiring the skills needed to become a serial killer because the Youtube videos weren’t really helping. Now he has a pile of bodies—one of whom he was lucky enough to score with—and he’s Googling ‘How many kills make you a serial killer?’.

It’s not good news.

Jon finds himself killing and killing again, because once you pop ... well, you know the rest.

Rife with interesting ideas on how to dispose of a body, and glorious scenes of creating said bodies, Against Type is a novella that contains brutal and extreme acts of violence, which it enjoys deliciously. Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

Blood Stain Girl (Paperback, 95 Pages)

Fighting for her life. Rapists. Murderers. And all she has are some kitchen implements. And an axe.

"Come hiking," he said. "What could go wrong?" he asked. Poor Angelica just wanted to go to Spain, but Don dragged her here, the Scottish highlands. To the trees, and the hills, and the sadistic inbred family. The insides on the outside. Cooked flesh. That sort of thing.

Blood Stain Girl is a novella that some might find distasteful. It has scenes of sex and violence that you may not want to experience. If you are of a nervous disposition, or have a weak stomach, perhaps you might want to give this one a miss, yes?

Full of blood, gore, and goo on the floor, this is extreme horror, painted with the blackest of humour. Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.

Devotee (Paperback, 75 Pages)

Charles loves Lauren. Lauren is not like she used to be. Charles is a devotee.

Living his best life surrounded by drugs, alcohol, poverty, and debauchery, Charles lusts after a woman he has known half his life. All from a distance. A secret admirer. But he knows … he knows he can provide for her and be everything she needs.

The only thing she needs.

Devotee is a tale of a disturbed man, with a disturbing obsession. It is full of scenes of violence, and brutality. Consider this a trigger warning for everything.

Flesh & Pleasure (Paperback, 85 Pages)

Owen is getting old. Grey hairs are appearing where once there were none. Oh, and he has a penchant for murdering much younger women. Much. Younger. He’s got a neat little body disposal route and everything. When he meets Emma, gets her nice and wasted and begins his routine, everything goes wrong.

Grossly and disgustingly wrong.

Now he’s stuck with a ghost. Or a demon. Or possibly a figment of his imagination. But whatever it is, it’s being a nuisance. It wants him to kill. It wants to have sex with him. It’s all very confusing.

Full of murder, sex, cheap wine, and shopping trollies, Flesh and Pleasure is an extreme horror novella with some tremendously nauseating acts in it. Painted with the blackest of humour, it’s not for everyone. Consider this a trigger warning for just about everything.
